A.M.P.I. (Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios) is the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals that since 1956 groups under its Code of Ethics and Statutes the professionals dedicated to real estate activities.

It is constituted in Mexico by sections and these are integrated by Associates and Affiliates who represent more than 3000 members dedicated to this activity, every section is autonomous and has its own Board of Directors. There is also a National AMPI Directors Council formed by twenty associates from all over the country.

AMPI works together with the Federal, State, and Municipal authorities, proposing new laws and amendments to existing laws and regulations, directly related to the Real Estate activity.

AMPI is affiliated at international level to the National Association of Realtors “NAR”, the Canadian Real Estate Association “CREA” and the International Federation of Real Estate “FIABCI.”    With this  strong  united force,  the World Properties website  was created.

AMPI Vallarta Nayarit is an Associate trade/professional Real Estate Association that serves as “the voice for Real Estate” in Puerto Vallarta and the Riviera Nayarit

The Vallarta Nayarit Chapters of the Mexican Association of Realtors® is a group of professionally trained Real Estate Agents representing the real estate industry in the Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit areas,  including Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerias, La Cruz de Huanaxtle and Punta de Mita, and is the local chapter for the national Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios, AMPI.

AMPI Vallarta Nayarit Chapters are a guarantee for professionalism, high standards of ethics, transparency and the dedication to education to all its associates. They are committed by the strict AMPI and NAR Code of Ethics to raise the level of the real estate industry to its highest standards in Mexico. AMPI Vallarta Nayarit Sectors are affiliated with the Vallarta Nayarit MLS Association that was designed to promote cooperation and networking among its members, and to promote the public right to use and transfer real estate property by the Vallarta Nayarit MLS service.   A wide range of Programs, Education, Services and Networking Opportunities are sponsored for the benefit of members.
